Burtonia Christmas Cookie Exchange Application Form

Because of many past disappointments, awkward moments, and brushes with food poisoning, we at Burtonia have decided to institute an application process for participation in our annual cookie exchange. If you are interested in taking part, please fill out the following form.

    Contains Chocolate: Not that I can tell.

    Date of last oven cleaning: I took some Windex to my oven exterior earlier this weeks. It looks really good.

    Have you ever included meat products in a desert: Never visited the desert, unless you count New Mexico.

  • My form wouldn't post either, but I love to cook, am told I am pretty good, would make something Moist, Chewy, Delicious, and Edible. I clean my oven weekly, and usually my recipes include chocolate. I don't handle rejection well, but am doing much better. Oh ya, and I never put meat in dessert.
    .....and I don't believe in freezing cookies till they are dry and then gifting them to people, all entries would be fresh.
